Carol Ann White LUBBOCK-Carol Ann White, 61, of Lubbock, Texas, was born on June 29, 1951 to Seliven and Dorothy Morgan. Carol attended school in the Petersburg, Texas. Carol married Robert Julius White Jr. in 1969. To this union, their sons, Reginald and Courtney, were born. Carol was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church, and later became a member of Victory in Praise under the leadership of the Reverend Christopher Moore. She was a kind, helpful and loving individual, with immeasurable devotion to God, family and friends. She leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Seliven and Dorothy Morgan-McKinney; her sons, Reginald J. White and Courtney M. White (Cynthia); her brothers, James O. Smith (Faye), Harold V. Morgan (Rhonda), and Stan L. Morgan-McKinney; her sisters, Linda Soders (Milton), Wilma J. Smith-Kapolei, and Wanda K. White (Johnnie); her daughter-in-law, Michelle White; sisters-in-law, Gwendolyn Morgan-McKinney, Jewell Jackson and Wilma Colombe; grandchildren, Rashad, Jasmine, Reggie Jr., Zhane' and Rajae; a special friend, Lamont Cotton; and a host of other relatives and friends. Celebration of life services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, at Full Armor Ministries under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Interment will follow in Petersburg Cemetery, Petersburg, Texas. Visitation will be today, Friday, Oct. 5, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Griffin Mortuary.
