David Hutson DENVER-David Hutson was born in Lubbock, Texas, on Dec. 26, 1940, to Nancy Leaverton Hutson and David Truman Hutson. He passed away on April 26, 2012, in Denver, Colo. David graduated from Monterey High School and Texas Tech University in Lubbock. He moved to Dallas, Texas, in 1965 and to Denver, Colo., in 1997. David worked in oil and gas, sales, finance and banking. He enjoyed golf, reading and history, time in the mountains, and enjoying time with his wife, children and grandchildren. David was a genuine, loving, thoughtful, humorous man who embraced life and those he loved. He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Nancy Leaverton Hutson of Tyler, Texas; his wife, Teresa of Denver; two children, Allison Hutson of Denver and Charles Todd Hutson of Lubbock; former wife, Nan Bitsy Signor Hutson of Lubbock; stepchildren, Jennifer Morales McCurdy and husband David; grandchildren, David and Daniel of Denver, and James Morales of Denver; five siblings, Gary Hutson and wife Claudia of Fort Worth, sister, Kate Hutson and partner Melanie Beachy of Lubbock, Nan Timmons and husband Gary of Tyler, Laurie Glaske and husband Randall of Tyler, and Holly Baker and husband Brad of Sunnyvale; along with many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
