Fred Feagley LITTLEFIELD-Fred Feagley, 82, formerly of Littlefield passed away Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, in Levelland. He was born June 27, 1931, in Amherst, Texas, to JW and Vera Feagley. Fred graduated from Amherst High School. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict. Fred worked at GTE for many years. He loved fishing, camping, dancing, and tending to his vegetable garden. He was a diehard Texas Tech and Dallas Cowboy fan. Fred was a people person, and a member of the First Baptist Church in Lubbock. He is survived by his son, Jerry Lee Feagley, of Ft. Worth, Texas; three daughters, Cynthia Renee Brown of Albuquerque, N.M., Brenda Carol Nock of Levelland, and Judith Ann Smith of Powderly, Texas; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 9, 2013, in Grace Chapel in Hillcrest Funeral Home with Dr. Brian Hill officiating. Interment will follow in Littlefield Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Neal Ray, David Smith, Robert Smith, Monty Feagley, Michael Nock, and Josh Brown. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
