Janice Renee Tiller Cox, LITTLEFIELD-Janice Renee Tiller Cox, 53, of Littlefield went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday July 19, 2013, in Littlefield. She was born July 21, 1959, in Littlefield to Dewitt and Betty Tiller. Janice graduated from Littlefield High School. She married Michael Cox Nov. 18, 1977, in Littlefield. Janice owned Cox Daycare for over 28 years. She loved children and her daycare, and called each of her daycare children on their birthday, even when they were grown. Janice always ran five minutes late and always wore a smile. She never shed a tear over her disease, and even until her last day she would say I choose life. I call heaven and earth to witness against you today, that I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. So choose life in order that you may live, you and your descendants, Deuteronomy 30:19. She loved her family and her Lord, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Littlefield. She is survived by her husband, Michael Cox of Littlefield; sons, Alan Cox and wife Lauren of Lubbock and David Cox of Lubbock; a daughter, Kylie Debnam of Lubbock; brother, Billy Tiller and wife Christal of Bula; two sisters, Elaine Hedges and husband Eddie of Levelland and Beverly Tiller of Littlefield; and stepmother, Nina Aduddell Tiller. Funeral Services to celebrate Janice's joy for life will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 22, 2013, at the First Baptist Church in Littlefield with John Hall officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Payton Hall, Mark Cox, Matt Cox, Luke Tiller, Dustin Provence, and Garrett Magby. Honorary pallbearers will be her children from the daycare. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, July 21, 2013, at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield.
