Lubbock- 45, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018. Justin was born to Willie and Debra Dixon on December 27, 1972. He attended Lubbock ISD and Dunbar High School where he played football, a band member, and member of the Dunbar Pan Jammers. Justin was employed by Pargon Group, a government Security Company. Justin loved music and loved to teach it. Justin leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Tamika McConic; mother, Debra Dixon; one daughter, Ja'Khesheyra McConic; three sons, Shadadrian McConic, QayShawn McConic, and Jaziah McConic; two sisters, Shallen Bonner (Arthur) and Constance Dixon-Cook (RayShawn); one brother, Anthony Dixon (Miranda); six aunts, four uncles, a host of other relatives and friends. Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 2 p.m. at St. Luke Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. today at Griffin Mortuary.
