L.C. Mondine Sr. LUBBOCK-L.C. Mondine Sr., 77, of Lubbock passed away on June 13, 2013. L.C. was born on April 1, 1936, to the parentage of the late Seth and Arie Mondine in Berlson County. L.C. accepted Christ as his Savior later in life under the pastoral leadership of Bishop Dale Maness. He was a faithful member of World Harvest Christian Center until God called him home. L.C. enjoyed spending time with friends and family. He was an entrepreneur and established a business for his sons to operate. He enjoyed playing the lottery, junking cars and iron. L.C. was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters; and four brothers. He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Magaree Mondine; sons, Lonnie Mondine Jr. (Peggy), Dean Mondine (Jean), Barry Mondine (Sheletha), and Brandon Mondine; one daughter, Mary Mondine Hall; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Celebration of life service will be held on Friday, June 21, 2013, at 2 p.m., at World Harvest Christian Center. Interment will follow at City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Visitation will be held today, from 3 to 6 p.m., at Griffin Mortuary.
