Lee Ernest Bagley Jr. LUBBOCK-Lee Ernest Bagley Jr., 59, of Lubbock passed away on Feb. 15, 2013. Lee was born on Aug. 16, 1954, in Lubbock, Texas, to the parentage of Lovella Roquemore Bagley and the late Lee Ernest Bagley Sr. He graduated from Dunbar High School in 1972 and Texas Tech University in 1977. He worked for 36 years at Texas Workforce Commission. He married Gwendolyn Fay Britton Bagley on July 1, 1982. Lee was preceded in death by his father, Lee Ernest Bagley Sr. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of 30 years, Gwendolyn Fay Bagley; his six children, Brionia Adaire, Shaturi Jaude', Brinsonlee Ernest, Chandler Christian, Dr. Dawn Okoro, J.D., and Dr. Jeff Watkins, M.D; his mother, Lovella Bagley; nine brothers and sisters, Charles Bagley Sr. (Lucy), Michael Bagley (Charla), Willis Bagley (Chantel), Joe Bagley (Cynthia), Rodney Bagley, Linda Walker, Brenda Davis, Glenda Bagley and Tarsha Henry; and uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends. Celebration of life services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Greater St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park under the direction of Griffin Mortuary. Visitation will be held today from 1 to 6 p.m. at Griffin Mortuary.
