Raylene Lanfear McIntyre Henson LUBBOCK-Raylene Lanfear McIntyre Henson, 74, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012, in Lubbock. She was born January 10, 1938, in Alvarado, Texas, to J.R. and Carlene Lanfear. Raylene came to Lubbock in 1966, where she became a loan officer with a local financial institution. She was a member of St. Lukes Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening and making floral arrangements. Raylene was a very loving servant to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Raylene is survived by two daughters, Debbie (Jesse) Orschell, and Janet (Juan Luna) Smart; two sons, Wayne McIntyre, and Alan (Penny) McIntyre, all of Lubbock; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Billy Wayne Henson; and a grandson, Brandon McIntyre. Visitation will be today, May 6, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Resthaven Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Monday, May 7, at 3 p.m. in Resthaven Memorial Park with Dr. Ken Horn officiating. Contributions may be made to the local Alzheimer's Foundation.
