Helen Rose Youngquist LUBBOCK-Helen Rose Youngquist passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2014. We will gather for fellowship and remembrance from 6 to 8 p.m. today, May 29, 2014, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life of 79 years on Friday, May 30, 2014, at 10 a.m. in Lake Ridge Chapel, followed by a graveside at 3 p.m. at Silverton Cemetery in Silverton, Texas. Helen Rose was born on Sept. 23, 1934, to Ewing and Louise Vaughan in Silverton, Texas. Helen married the love of her life, Clifford Oliver Youngquist, in Silverton, Texas, on Dec. 17, 1954. Survivors include her children, Robert Youngquist and wife Robbie, Larita Barkley and husband Dennis, Gaylon Youngquist and wife Sharla, Glenda Nalle and husband John; brother, Ronald Vaughan and wife Annette; grandchildren, Amanda Gagne and husband James, Leslie Parsons and husband B.J., Sid Fahscholtz and wife Colleen, R. C. Youngquist and wife Emily, D.J. Barkley and wife Miranda, Garrott Nalle, Shafer Barkley, Jason Youngquist, Danielle Youngquist, Max Nalle, Jacob Nalle, Jenna Nalle; and 15 great-grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Ewing and Lousie Vaughan; and husband, Clifford Oliver Youngquist.
