Donna Murrell LUBBOCK-Donna Murrell passed away Thursday, May 29, 2014. We will gather for fellowship and remembrance from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 4, 2014, at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life of 64 years at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2014, at Church on the Rock. A tribute of Donna's life may be found at www.memorialdesigners.net, where you may leave memories and expressions of sympathy for her family. Donna was born on Dec. 19, 1949, to Vernon and Winnie Turner Spear in Lubbock, Texas. She grew up in Tulia, Texas, where she was a member of the High School State Basketball Championship Team. She lived in several cities in Texas: Tulia, Plainview, Lubbock, and Dallas. She was a real estate agent for several years in Lubbock before becoming an insurance agent with AFLAC. Survivors include her children: Casey Ingouf and husband, John, Matthew Anderson and wife, Christine, and Brooke Baker and husband, Derek. Her grandchildren are Laura, Anna, and Emily Ingouf, Ashton and Ryan Anderson, and Haley, Haddon, Hudson, and Holden Baker. She is also survived by her brother, Ted Spear and wife, Stephanie; and sister, Jeanette Young. She was preceded in death by her parents.
