Delores Webb LUBBOCK- Delores Webb of Richardson, formerly of Lubbock, passed away on May 19, 2012 at the age of 72. She was born December 20, 1939 in Slaton, Texas to Bill and Grace King. She met her husband in 1964 while working at Litton Industries in Lubbock, Texas. Married on Christmas day, they spent 47 years together. They lived in the country outside Lubbock where she raised five children before moving to Dallas, TX in 1997. She enjoyed worshiping at the Church of Christ in Idalou, Northside Church of Christ in Lubbock and was the life of the party at her small group bible studies. She was an incredibly loving and dedicated mother who supported and cared for her children in every way. She was known for her passion for healing and gained vast knowledge of herbal and natural medicine. She served as a mother and wife with dedication and love that can only be described as legendary. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, CD Webb; brother, Bill King; two sons, Richard and Michael Webb; daughters, Grace Hayes, Michelle Nance and Jessica Gross; and 13 grandchildren, Brittany, Running Bird, Byron, Joshua, Ethan, Basil, Holden, River, Savannah, Cadence, Jessica, Jackson and Annabelle. Delores was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Jack and Vernon King; and sister, JoAnn Durham. Interment and graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, June 9, 2012 at Resthaven Memorial Park in Lubbock.
