Shae Denise Harden LUBBOCK-A celebration of the life of Shae Denise Shady Bug Harden, 11, of Shallowater will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012, at the First Baptist Church of Shallowater with Pastor Mitch Wilson officiating. Interment will follow in the City of Lubbock Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Sanders Funeral Home. Her family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Shady's family encourages anyone who feels compelled to write a note, bring a drawing or card, and place it with her during the visitation. Shae went to be with her Lord and Savior on Nov. 4, 2012. Shae Denise was born May 16, 2001, in Lubbock, Texas, to Rusty and Lisa Harden. She had attended Shallowater schools until transferring to Terra Vista Middle School, where she was currently a sixth grade student. Shae was baptized at the First Baptist Church of Shallowater, where she was not only a member but involved in Sunday school and helped in the children's ministry. Loved ones include her parents; sister, Lexi; brother, Nicolas; grandparents, Roger and Linda Harden, Dennis and Lori Brown, and Keith and Rhonda Welch; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Shae shared her love of life and her Savior, Jesus Christ with everyone she met. She loved dogs and spending time outdoors, especially with her family and friends, and don't forget her challenging dog, Blue. At the young age of 11, Shae was everything we should strive to be; strong in her faith and sharing it with others. She will be greatly missed.
