Linda Ann Freeman LUBBOCK-Linda Ann Freeman, 71, of Lubbock, passed from this life Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2013. She was born into this life Friday, Jan. 9, 1942, to Roy Edward and Cordie Irene (Dickson) Thornburg in Gordon, Texas. A funeral service to celebrate Linda's 71 years of life is scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 8, 2013, at Agape Funeral Chapel, Lubbock, with Sidney Shorty Fallin officiating. The family of Linda Freeman will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at Agape Funeral Chapel, Lubbock. Linda was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by three daughters, Viva Rister and husband Randy of Childress, Jo Manske and husband Mark of Ft. Worth, and Jennifer Bishop and husband Jason of Lubbock; one son, Michael Shane Fallin of Lubbock; nine grandchildren, Chief Petty Officer Timothy Manske of Columbia, S.C., Christopher and Jessica Rister of Brookland, Ark., Ryan Manske of St. Petersburg, Fla., Aaron and Kristen Rister of Ft. Worth, and Zachary Freeman, RaeAnn Wright, Leesa Freeman, Bob Fallin and Dylan Fallin of Lubbock; one great-grandchild, Kaeson Freeman of Shallowater; two sisters, Elizabeth Eustace of Lubbock and Becky Grant of Abilene; and two brothers, Roy Thornburg Jr. of Temecula, Calif., and Kenneth Thornburg of Lubbock.
