Barbara I already miss your wonderful, full of love and music, posts on facebook. The miles kept us apart, but the computer kept us together. I remember one of our class reunions, and you came and played the piano and sang a song to us, your classmates, some of the words were"I'm gonna miss you" well now it is our turn to say those to you I'm gonna miss you. You were one special lady, classmate and friend. Love to you and your family. Till we meet again in heaven.

My dear dear friend I'm heartbroken that she's gone. We had many fun times with each other, I remember going to Arkansas City and staying at mom Watson's house and we slept on the couch she at one end and me at the other. The times in state choir rehearsals for the meetings and loving becoming her friend from childhood up. I'll miss that one of a kind voice what a voice she had!! Good night my sister I'll see you in the morning. My prayers to the family.

Sympathy to the family. We have many great memories of Barbara during her years as a choir teacher at Estacado High School. She was our colleague and helped many students. You will be missed.

Barbara was a longtime friend of mine whom I met while serving in the Music Dept of the National COGIC under the leadership of Dr. Anna Crockett Ford. I became her Canadian Friend. We stayed together at times while attending conventions. We had good times. I admired her loyalty to God , her family and church. She will be surely missed. I am glad she was a part of my life.

I was extremely saddened when I heard that Miss Barbara passed away. She was my kids choir teacher and I was thrilled when she and I reconnected. She was a beautiful soul and gifted lady. I'm sure her void will be felt by many. Prayers to her family and all of her friends.
