Dear Shirley
You may not remember me, but I remember you and Ben. It was 1970, my first year in real estate after joining the 'Board'. One of my first transactions was with Flippin Realty and I remember the kindness shown by you and Ben to this new kid. Thank you both so much and God Bless.

Hello Syndi, a weak voice from the past offering my sincerest condolences on the loss of your dad. You were one of those kids who managed to leave an imprint on my heart, corny as it may sound. I am sure your dad is indeed enjoying paradise and has already met my wife who does not like to lose at gin. God bless. Please know when He closes a door a window is open. Peace will endure.

To The Ben Flippin Family;
Ben was a dear friend of my dad, Yale, and I'm sure they've already got a gin game started. He will be sorely missed.

What an experience and privilege to have known a man like Ben Flippin. To me he was not only my cousin but a father figure and mentor. A man of wit and wisdom and a pleasure share time with. He and Shirley have always been encouraging and caring. He enjoyed life to the full and was a true expression of his creator’s spirit. He will be greatly missed.

I have some wonderful memories of Ben, he was instrumental in my childhood and later adult pursuit of horses. He brought my father and myself to his parents home and introduced me to his wonderful parents and from then on I rode everyday at their house on their incredibly trained Quarter horses. I will miss you my friend...Lauri Collins

We met Ben when we moved into Paradise Crest in 9/1968 from Chicago. Lived at 4220 Pinecrest Cr. W. He was a great asset to
LV & to Collins Bros. builders. We were building a new house but
time was of the esence, the house would not be ready on time, so
Ben suggested we buy the model of the house we wanted. AND
from there (4 young children) we still live in LV & have 19 grandkids
& 7 greatgrandkids (all practicing Catholics). Don & Leona Iglinski

We will miss our friend BEN. There are so many fond memories, two of our favorites were his exceptional culinary skills and Joe especially liked his rendition of "Strawberry roan" by Marty Robbins whom we think Bens was BETTER!!!, and of course "Wasted away again in Margaritaville" by Jimmy Buffet. Memories are such a Great thing to keep our loved ones ALIVE. R.I.P. BEN Love Joe and Laurie Iacino

Ben was a great guy with a fantastic sense of humor and a wonderful family. He will be missed by all that knew him. I'm sorry that time got away and I didn't get to visit with him since his 80th birthday celebration. I thought of him last week when I made the clam sauce with the secret ingredient that made it his recipe. Good bye Ben.
