MORRIS REISMAN On Nov. 17, 2009, Morris Reisman, 76, passed away peacefully with his family by his side, after a heroic year-long battle with cancer. A devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend, Morris is survived by his loving wife, of 53 years, Arline; sons, Larry, Robert and David; grandson, Joshua; sister, Carol; brother, Richie; and countless brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Born in New York City, he went on to serve in the U.S. Air Force in the early 1950's. After serving his country, he continued working as an aircraft mechanic for Lockheed, where he was recognized as a "master mechanic," an achievement he was always very proud of. Being someone who loved being around people and talking up a storm, he soon found his true calling in sales. His career culminated with his inventing and marketing of the "Banana Keeper" and "Corn Brush," two products that were his pride-and-joy. People naturally took to Morris and his infectious enthusiasm which is why to this day he has countless close friends who consider him to be one of their families. Morris was a consummate host, who found joy in making other people comfortable and happy. He enjoyed playing poker at a local casino, where he made yet even more friends. Morris, his love of life, love of people, and giving nature will be missed by everyone whose life he touched. Services and interment will be at 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, at King David Memorial Chapel and Cemetery, 2697 E. Eldorado Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89120, (702) 464-8570.
