Mr. Ferguson I know it has been a year already. I still continue to stop and think about you and a few other teachers I had at Lakeview High School and the examples that you guys set for all of the students. That is exactly why I choose the rewarding profession of teaching. RIP

I was very sad to hear of Mr. Fergusons death. My family and I met Mr. & Mrs. Ferguson at Serpent Mounds Provincial park in Peterborough, Ontario some 45 years ago or so. Our families became very good friends and would visit each other every year, either them coming to Ontario or us going to St. Clair Shores. My sister & I along with Matt ( "the brat" - as they used to call him ) always looked forward to our visits. My deepest condolences Matt to you and your family. He was a wonderful man!

i have many great memories of "frank ferguson"-1st he was my "architectural drfting" teacher in high school. he was an excellent, firm teacher who taught me skills which later helped me in my secondary career as a "landscape designer". he was a very helpful neighbor and friend to my mother who lived next to him and his family. i know all his kids-two of which i coached in softball
many years ago, and his youngest -"matt" whom i had as a biology student.
a great family with great parents. may God bless him and his children during this time of loss. chuck dildine
