Michael was born on May 7, 1952 in Berlin, Germany to the late Keith and Ezebell Schlotterback. Michael owned the Chicken Palace in Perry and his own janitorial services also. In his spare time he loved to fish. Michael was a great friend to all, strong man, loving father, and husband. He will truly be missed by all who knew him. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, January 24, 2015, in Oaklawn Cemetery, 720 S. Camellia Blvd. in Fort Valley, with Victor Hobbs officiating. Family will greet friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Friday, January 23, 2015, at Rooks Funeral Home, 213 West Church Street in Fort Valley. Born in Fort Valley to the late Ernest Edward and Cleo Joyner Moore, Mrs. Scott worked for Coca Cola in Fort Valley and retired from Coca Cola in Macon. Her children remember her as a great "Mama." Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 24th, in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be private. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Pastor Ryan Carnes will officiate. Mr. Sellars was born in Nashville, GA. He was preceded in death by his parents Joseph Franklin "Jeff" Sellars and Maudie Mae (Bryan) Sellars and a brother Pete Sellars. Mr. Sellars retired after 36 years with Norfolk Southern Railway as a conductor and served proudly in the United States Army. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery in Ambrose, Ga with Dr. Reuben Roberts officiating. Brackston was a native of Bibb County, Ga. and a member of the Baptist faith. He was a self-employed Agriculture Consultant. Survivors include his parents, Alfred and Karen Smith of Hawkinsville, Ga.; paternal grandmother, Tenella Smith of Savannah, Ga.; brother, Craig (Raina) Smith of Hawkinsville, Ga. and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Ken Hardy, Joe Sapp, Bert Way, Brent Lowe, Eric Cowart and Trae Stewart. Lillian Marie Solomon April 8, 1923 - January 20, 2015 Warner Robins, GA- Lillian Marie Solomon, 91, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 20, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday in the chapel of Heritage Memorial Funeral Home with burial in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until service time on Saturday at the funeral home. Mrs. Solomon was born in Macon, GA. She was the daughter of the late Isaac & Marie (Burden) Middlebrooks. She was a retired licensed practical nurse and a former employee at the Medical Center of Central GA. She was a wonderful and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
