Warner Robins, GA- Ted Dewey Hartsoe, 72, entered into rest on Sunday, February 16, 2014.
Ted was born on May 22, 1941in Lincolnton, North Carolina. With pride and honor he served his country in the United States Air Force. Ted was the Utility Director for the City of Warner Robins, dedicating over forty-two years of faithful employment, before retiring. He also taught at Central Georgia Technical College in Macon for eighteen years. His parents, Carl and Kate Hartsoe, sister, Sandra McCue, brother, Buster Hartsoe, all preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his beloved wife of fifty-one years, Margaret J. Hartsoe, Warner Robins; son, Ted D. Hartsoe, Jr., Fort Walton Beach, Florida, daughter, Donna Austin, Warner Robins; sister, JoAnn Hill, Lincolnton, North Carolina; granddaughter, Haley Austin Scardina, Warner Robins; great grandchildren, Matthew and Lucy; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given to Mount Calvary Lutheran Church, 336 Carl Vinson Parkway, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
