Warner Robins, GA- Dean Edward Chriss, 82, entered into rest on Thursday, October 24, 2013.
Dean was born on July 8, 1931, in Caldwell, Ohio. He proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Dean enjoyed self-employment through real estate, home improvement, rental property and HVAC contracting for thirty years. His parents, John and Gladys Chriss, preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his wife of nearly thirty-eight years, Edna Murl Chriss; children, Vonda C. Valasky (Frank), Warner Robins; Jeffrey Dean Chriss (Mitzi), St. Petersburg, Florida; Gregory Dean Chriss, Warner Robins; and Patricia L. Chriss, Centerville; four grandchildren, Aaron Valasky (Megan), Ryan Valasky, Catlin Chriss and Shalae' Chriss-Lechuga; four great-grandchildren, Dean Valasky, River Lechuga, Reef Lechuga and Rain Lechuga.
Step-sons, Andy Lott and Jeff Lott, five step-grandchildren and one step-great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 29, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 30, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
