James Scott McGlamry
August 14, 1968 - April 2, 2014
Warner Robins, GA- James Scott McGlamry, 45, entered into The Gates of Heaven on Wednesday, April 2, 2014.
James was born on August 14, 1968 in Vienna, Georgia. He proudly served his country in the United States Army National Guard and was currently a welder with U.S.A. Land Development. James called Southside Baptist his church home. He loved being outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
His mother, Karleen Reaves; and grandparents, Ernest and Annie McGlamry and Elton and Lois Reeves, preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife, Terri Michelle McGlamry and children, James Michael McGlamry and Emily Morgan McGlamry, all of Warner Robins, Georgia; father, Kenneth McGlamry (Betty) of Pitts, Georgia; siblings, Lisa Rowan (Joe) of Ashburn, Georgia, Cheryl Long (Tim) of Arabi, Georgia and Wesley Hutto of Thomasville, Georgia; and many beloved family members including nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2014 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given to the Kidney Cancer Association, P.O. Box 4668 #38269, New York, New York 10163-4668, kidneycancer.org.
