Macon, GA- Ercelle Skipper Middlebrooks, 85, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, at Pine Pointe Hospice. Services will be held at Liberty United Methodist Church on Friday, April 26 at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Bob Shell officiating. The family requests that the Fellowship Sunday School Class sit together at the service. Interment will be at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Thursday from 6-8 pm at Snow's Memorial Chapel, Pio Nono Avenue.

Mrs. Middlebrooks was born in Macon, Georgia to the late Annie Ruth Howe and Franklin Skipper. She is predeceased by her husband, Douglas E. Middlebrooks. Mrs. Middlebrooks was a homemaker and a member of Liberty United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women and the Fellowship Sunday School Class.
Survivors include her children, Marsha Middlebrooks (Neil) Creter, Macon, Nancy Middlebrooks (Donnie) Davidson, Macon, Stephen Douglas (Karen) Middlebrooks, Franklin, TN; six grandchildren, Stacey (Mike) Kane, Kelly (Foster) Williamson, Jeff (Meredith) Middlebrooks, Kris (Nathan) Graves, Brian (Laura) Davidson, Kale (Cathay) Davidson; eleven great-grandchildren; her brother, Douglas Skipper, Macon; and two sisters, Jeanette Talley, Macon and Sara Whitten, Macon.
The family will be at the residence of Nancy and Donnie Davidson, 155 Glen Eagles Court.
