Murray Elmo "Rip" Anderson
Warner Robins, GA- Murray Elmo "Rip" Anderson, 63, died Tuesday, March 3, 2014. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM on Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at Riverside Cemetery, 1301 Riverside Drive in Macon, with Rev. Daniel Stubbs officiating.
Born in Macon to the late Murray Elmo Anderson, II and Betty Shipp Anderson Murphy, Rip graduated from school in Fort Valley, worked at Harvey's Grocery, and was a member of First Baptist Church in Fort Valley.
Survivors include his sister, Brenda Carver (Roy) of Savannah, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Carol Tyner and Sylvia Cummings.
