Warner Robins, GA- Amy Elizabeth Kasel, 28, entered into rest on Monday, May 12, 2014.
Amy was born on October 25, 1985 in Macon, Georgia. She attended Central Fellowship Christian Academy in Macon through her middle school career and was homeschooled during her high school years. While in school, she ran cross country and track and served as a manager.
A wonderful and devoted stay at home mom to her son, Clayton, she loved him with all of her heart. Amy also adored animals, especially her pet parrot, "Hootie." She loved her Lord and Savior and called Southside Baptist her church home.
Her maternal grandfather, William Carr Parks and paternal grandparents, Thomas James and Mildred R. Kasel; and aunts, Sherry P. Jones and Diane Kasel, preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her wonderful son, Clayton, her parents, Thomas Lee and JoAnn Parks Kasel of Warner Robins and her brother, Timothy Kasel, all of Warner Robins; grandmother, Mildred Parks of Lizella; aunts and uncles, Billy Wayne and Johnnie Parks of Centerville, Linda and Jack Grant of Lizella, Gary and Corrine Hobbs of Warner Robins, May Mounce of Fort Valley and Judith Kasel, Sharon Daubenspeck, Daniel and Lisa Kasel, Carol Lefier, Matt and Julia Kasel and Mike and Pam Kasel, all of North Carolina; and many cousins.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 14, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at Southside Baptist Church with interment following in Parkway Memorial Gardens. Pastor Matt Walls will officiate.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given to Southside Baptist Church, 1040 S. Houston Lake Road, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
