A special message from Joyce: "My pallbearers are wonderful children and friends. I am honored for each of you to do this for me. To carry me to my final resting place. To Jane, Gary, David and Michael, I was honored and was a better person for knowing each one of you and I thank you for this honor; To Cindy: remember, no sharp knives on vacation! Only dull ones for you; To Butch: you are my flower garden expert; To Amy: have fun and paddle down river; To Kim: pick up the pieces; To Marsha: Saffie has the best new mother, thanks for loving my pal and me; To Robbie and Candy: remember your beautiful family, enjoy them while you can; To Melton Torres: thanks for making my yard look beautiful, never doubt your artistic skills and abilities; last but not least to my great-grandchildren: William, Ella and James, I Love You!
This does not mean that the crazy stories (ha ha) and many laughs that go along with these children and friends haven't been well enjoyed. Thank goodness I don't know them all! They may share those stories with me one day and we can have another laugh together."
