Cochran, GA- Colby Purser, age 21, died Thursday. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 3:00 P.M. at Ruth Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Colby was a life long resident of Cochran and was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother Brenda Evans Milner. He was a 2009 graduate of Bleckley County High School and a welder. He was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and attended Ruth Baptist Church.
Survivors are his mother, Allison Howell of Cochran; father, Kevin Purser of Cochran; his dad, Eric Bisher of Cochran; brothers and sisters, Philip Taylor, Hunter Jones, Jordon and Harley Purser and Cameron Purser of Cochran and Taylor Middlebrooks of Eastman; maternal grandparents, Linda Johnson of Cochran and Jerry and Lynn Howell of Wrightsville; paternal grandparents, Lester and Elaine Purser of Cochran; great grandmother Gladys Evans of Cochran; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins and special friends, Brandy and Chris Smith and Troy Cranford.
The family is at 140 Edmondson Circle and will greet friends after the service Sunday at Ruth Baptist Church.
