Carl W. Pence(June 23, 1944 - March 12, 2014)

LONDON - Carl W. Pence, 69, of London, died Wednesday afternoon, March 12, 2014 in his home.
He was born June 23, 1944, a son of Dennis and Pauline (Butcher) Pence.
Carl served with the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Fountain of Truth Ministries.
He is survived by sisters, Geraldine (Ronald) Wheeler of South Vienna, Joann (Alan) Jones of Dayton, Dorothy (Larry) Wade of Mt. Sterling and several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Paul Edward Pence; and nephew, Doug Castle.
The family invites friends to call at the Fountain of Truth Ministries, 135 Maple St., London, f rom noon until time of service at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18, 2014, with Pastor Tyrone Artis officiating. Interment will follow in South Solon Cemetery, with military honors performed by the American Legion Post No. 105 Honor Guard. Services have been entrusted to the RADER-LYNCH & DODDS FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICE, 124 E. High St., London.
