LONDON - Jerry Tedrow, 78, of London, died Friday, April 25, 2014 in the Sterling Place, Mt. Sterling, Ohio.
Born March 26, 1936 in Zanesville, he was a son of Will John and Myrtle (Brant) Tedrow.
For 42 years, Jerry had worked as a tool and die maker at General Motors
before retiring in 1999.
A U.S. Army
veteran. Jerry was a member of the London Church of the Nazarene and had also belonged to the Tool and Die Make Union No. 665.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia (Simonton); daughters, Cheryl (Jim) Cullison of Hilliard and Vicki (Tim) Henry of Sedalia; granddaughter, Courtney (Sonny) Curry of Hilliard; grandson, Cole Henry of Sedalia; great-grandson, Colton Curry; brother, Brant (Mary) Tedrow of Groveport; and sister, Ruth Tedrow of Nelsonville; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; aunt, Ruth Brant; and uncle, Coe McGuire.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, April 28, 2014 in The EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 N. Main St., London, with Reverend Tim Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Deercreek Township Cemetery, Lafayette. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, April 27.
