Norma A. Green(May 13, 1922 - March 18, 2014)

LONDON - Norma A. Green, 91, of London, passed away peacefully Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Madison County Hospital.
She was born in Greenup County, Kentucky, on May 13, 1922, a daughter of Milford and Eithel (Smith) Buckler.
Norma lived most of her life around the London area, was a member of West Jefferson Missionary Baptist Mission and was employed by Madison County Hospital for years.
She is survived by daughters, Thelma (John) Toops, Alene Hawkins, Gladys Denen, Shirley (Larry) Walls and Pamela (Rodney) Chenos; sisters, Nola Harmon, Modia Lee, Judy Bensenhauer; 12 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alvin Green; sons-in-law, Robert Denen Sr., Larry Hawkins; and grandson, John Toops Jr.
The family invites friends to call at the RADER-LYNCH & DODDS FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICE, 124 E. High St., London, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 21, 2014, with Pastor Roger Reed officiating. Interment will follow in Somerford Township Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Green's memory to Madison County Senior Citizens Adult Day Care Center.
