Glenn E. Brumfield, 68, of West Jefferson, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, at the Kobacker House, Columbus.
He was born Oct. 2, 1944, in Ferrelsburg, West Virginia, the son of the late Jack and Belvia Brumfield.
Glenn attended the Community Free Will Baptist Church of West Jefferson.
He retired from Eddie Bauer Columbus Distribution Center.
He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Marlene; daughter, Anissa (Cleve) Brown of Powell; granddaughter, Makenna Brown; three sisters, Betty (Mickey) Chapman of West Virginia, Priscillia (Steve) Johnson of West Jefferson, and Karon Perez of Florida; nieces, nephews and friends.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Jackie Workman.
Family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, in the RADER-McDONALD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. Main St., West Jefferson, where Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012. Rev. Jerry Newman will be officiating. Burial will follow in Hampton Cemetery.
