Harry "Bud" Sheridan, 72, of London, passed away Friday, Jan. 25, 2013, at the Kobacker House, surrounded by his girls.
He was born on Dec. 4, 1940, in Springfield, Ohio, a son of the late Harry and Frances (Rossbach) Sheridan.
Bud married Donna Foreman on Feb. 10, 1963.
He was retired from Navistar after 33 years of service.
He graduated from Madison South High School.
He is survived by his wife; daughters, Carol (Mike) Conn, Kay (Russ) Riegel; grandchildren, Lindsay (Steve) Lieb, Corey (Sara) Conn, Valerie Conn, Kyle, Kristy and Kelsey McSeveney; great-grandson, Landon Lieb; step-grandchildren, Kyle and Hannah Riegel; brothers, Jim (Janice) Sheridan, Richard (Connie) Sheridan, Ray Sheridan; sister-in-law, Shelby Nicols; brother-in-law, Mike (Sharon) Foreman; and stepsister-in-law. Patty Boerger.
He is preceded in death by sisters-in-law, Elaine and JoAnn Sheridan; and nephew, Chris Sheridan.
Bud enjoyed hunting, gardening, cooking and spending time with his family, and visiting the family farm. He was also an avid fan of the Cincinnati Reds and Ohio State Buckeyes.
A special thank you to Dr. Chidiac and staff at Madison County Hospital. To Stacey and Sara at MCH ambulatory care; Dr. Jones and doctors and nurses at the James, especially April and Jen, and to the nurses and staff at the Kobacker House.
Bud was blessed by the many cards and prayers that were sent to him during his illness.

Visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29, at the RADER-LYNCH & DODDS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 124 E. High St., London. A celebration of Bud's life will be held there at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2013. Rev. Jeff Smalley will be officiating. Interment will follow in Paint Township Cemetery. A gathering of family and friends will be held following at the Newport United Methodist Church.
