LONDON - Judith "Judy" Turvy Roark, 79, wife of Oscar Charles "Charlie" Roark, died Saturday, May 12, 2018.
She was born in London on Dec. 19, 1938 and was the daughter of the late Theodore R. Turvy and Eileen Foster Turvy.
Mrs. Roark was a 1956 graduate of London High School. She was a member of London First United Methodist Church and a member of the London Chapter No. 386 Order of the Eastern Star.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two children, Julie (Richard) Clark of Marysville and Phil (Adair) Roark of Summerville, S.C.; two grandchildren, Charlie and Chandler Roark; two step-grandchildren, Kim (Ben) Eckerson and Felicity Clark; two sisters, Jane Roberts of London and Karen (Charlie) Summers of London; two brothers, Bobby (Bev) Turvy of London and David (Penny) Turvy of London; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16 at RADER LYNCH & DODDS FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. High St., London. A funeral service will be held there at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 17 with burial to follow at Somerford Township Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lung Cancer Research Fund at The Ohio State University Foundation, 1480 W. Lane Ave., Columbus, OH  43221.
