LEONARD H. COVIELLO
MARYSVILLE - Leonard H. Coviello, 64, of Marysville, died Sunday morning, June 22, 2014, at his home with his loving wife, Robyn at his side following an extended illness.
He held various truck driving positions for over 30 years. His favorite things to do included traveling with his wife, swimming, bike riding, cooking, listening to music and spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed watching the Florida Gators and the Miami Heat.
Leonard was born Dec. 1, 1949 in Milford, Connecticut, and was raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, James and Dorothy Slater Coviello; and his foster mother, Lucia Abed.
He was married to the former Robyn Eades Sept. 4, 1994 at the Lafayette United Methodist Church in Lafayette.
He is survived by his wife, Robyn whom he shared a loving relationship for over 32 years; sisters, Lucia "Lucy" Murphy and Louella (Tom) Sustad, both of New Milford, Connecticut; sisters-in-law, Brenda Cushman of North Lewisburg and Shirley Eades of Sunbury; a brother-in-law, Robert Zinser of Ann Arbor, Michigan; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and a host of friends; and his little buddy, pet cat, Laci.
A memorial service to celebrate Leonard's life will be held at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 2014 at the Mechanicsburg Baptist Church in Mechanicsburg with Pastor Scott Selee officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Loving Care Hospice, Union County Humane Society or the Marysville Food Pantry in care of INGRAM FUNERAL HOME, 975 N. Maple St., Marysville, who is completing his arrangements.
