JACQUELINE "JACKIE" STEPHENS
PLAIN CITY - Jacqueline "Jackie" Stephens, died Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at her residence after a very lengthy issue with Migranes among other ailments.
Jackie was a registered EMT, RN and Hospice Nurse all out of St. Louis, Mo. She loved to care for others before she cared for herself.
She is survived by 7 children, Ron (Julie) Lewandowski of Holland, Mich., Connie (Kris) Beebee of Kansas City, Kan., twins, Joe Lewandowski of Plain City and Michael (Janet) Lewandowski of Manchester, Mo., Cathy (Mark) Hostetler of Plain City, Cynthia Quddas of Wash., Christine Stephens of Plain City; many, many grandkids and many great-grandkids; 8 brothers and sisters, late David Clark of Michigan, late Carl (Sharon) Clark of Florida, John Summers of Florida, Bethann Summers of Fenton, Mich., Lorraine (Cott) Williams of Holly, Mich., Rodney (Laura) Clark of Toledo, Joni Summers Hostetler of Plain City, Gary (Kathy) Summers of Bad Axe, Mich.; sister-in-law, Sharon Clark of Mich.; very precious stepmother, Evelyn Clark of Toledo; she also leaves behind many friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathryn Summers of Michigan; and her father, Carl Clark of Toledo.
