Taylor Austyn Pierron, 22, of Hilliard, was called home to his Lord on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012. He was riding his ATV which he loved doing.
Taylor was born May 19, 1990, in Columbus, to his parents, Martin Robert (Rob) and Beth (Yeagle) Pierron.
Taylor graduated from Hilliard Darby High School/Tolles Technical School, Class of 2009. He received his landscaping management degree from Hocking Technical College in 2012.
He was a partner in Pierrfive Landscape & Maintenance and was employed by Benchmark Landscape Construction.
Taylor was an excellent Track Athlete who participated in the Junior Olympics.
He was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman who loved spending time with friends and family around a bon fire. Anyone who knew Taylor is blessed. Everything he did was with passion and conviction. He had compassion and empathy for others, a rare trait found in such a young man.
Taylor was a member of Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church of West Jefferson where he volunteered as an usher.
He is survived by his parents, Martin Robert (Rob) and Beth (Yeagle) Pierron; his siblings, brother, Martin (Allen) Pierron and his fiancé Katie Deas; his sister, Bailey; grandparents, Marvin (Brud) and Marsha Phipps (Dublin), the late Arthur Danny Yeagle (Portsmouth), Rose Mary Pierron and the late Martin R. Pierron (Portsmouth); great-grandparents, Emma Phipps and the late Bethel Miller; aunts and uncles, John D. Yeagle, Diane (Joel) Baringer, James (Kathy) Pierron, Jeanne (Robert) Rutman, Alice (Ken) Fisher, J. Andrew (Jodi) Pierron; many cousins that he loved spending time with.
Family will receive friends in the Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church, 9350 High Free Pike, West Jefferson, from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15, with a Vigil Wake Service at 3:45 p.m. Christian Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, with Rev. Fr. Robert Kitsmiller as Celebrant. Burial will follow in Alton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Taylor's family request that Memorial contributions be made to Special Olympics Ohio, 3303 Winchester Pike, Columbus, OH 43232.
The family is being served by the RADER-McDONALD FUNERAL HOME, 1355 W. Main St., West Jefferson.
