She was born in St. George, Canada, on Nov. 29, 1920, a daughter of the late Charles and Anna (Blais) Poulin.
Mrs. Loubier was a communicant of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Augusta.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Guay Felix Loubier of Augusta; a daughter, Doris H. Loubier of Augusta as well as several nieces and nephews.
There will be no public visiting hours. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 26, at Plummer Funeral Home, 16 Pleasant St., Augusta. Burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery, Townsend Road, Augusta.
