Donna Bouchard Obituary

OAKLAND -- Donna Elayne (Tracy) Bouchard, 62, died peacefully on Friday, May 13, 2011, at her home in Oakland, after a long battle with breast cancer and Scleroderma. She was born in Smithfield on Aug. 19, 1948, the daughter of Clarence and C. Anne (Luce) Tracy of Oakland.

Donna enjoyed lunches out with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She had a passion for cooking and gardening before her illness. George and Donna are grateful for the care and compassion of Donna Bilodeau FNP and HealthReach nurses.

She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, George Bouchard; her children, George Norman Bouchard Jr. and wife Michele (Blair) Bouchard, and their children Zachary Hann and Taylor Bouchard of Benton; Tricia Anne (Bouchard) Fish and husband Douglas Fish and their daughter Alyssa Fish of Sidney; and David Harold Bouchard and wife Christine Ann (Veilleux) Bouchard, and their daughter Alison Bouchard of South China; her mother, C. Anne Tracy, of Oakland; her sister, Elizabeth (Tracy) Sheehan, of Oakland; her brother, Dana Tracy and wife Loretta Tracy of Mercer; and her brother, Brian Tracy of Oakland.

She was predeceased by her father, Clarence Harold Tracy; her brother, Clarence Harold Tracy Jr.; her father-in-law, Alphonse J. Bouchard; and her mother-in-law, Mary (Hutchinson) Bouchard.

At Donna's request, there will be no funeral service, but a burial service will be held 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 24, at the New Maine Veterans' Memorial Cemetery, Mount Vernon Road, Augusta. Arrangements are by Wheeler Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Oakland.
