She was born March 15, 1926, the daughter of the late Robert and Ruth Moody.
She loved doing cross stitching and listening to country music.
She leaves behind six children, Patricia Smith of Newburg, Linda Hapworth of Winslow, Edna Whalen of Vassalboro, Karen Farron of Waterville, Floyd Baker Jr. of Oakland and Jeff Baker of Fairfield; 19 grandchildren and a stepdaughter, Marie McMahon, to whom we would like to give a special thanks for helping out with our mom.
She was predeceased by her husband, Floyd A. Baker Sr. and a daughter, Terry Flanagan.
She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
Funeral and cremation are by Hampden Gilpatrick of Hampden.
A graveside ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, April 22, at the Maine Veterans' Memorial Cemetery in Augusta.
