He is predeceased by his mother, Yvonne Tozier; and his father, Raymond Tozier.

At Vaughn's request, there will be no services . On Sunday, May 15, there will be a gathering at the Chez Peree, 45 Water St., Waterville, for family and friends starting at 1 p.m. with a potluck barbecue.

He wasn't here for a long time, but he sure had a good time. Vaughn will be missed but never forgotten.

Hey Vaughn. Had not seen you in awhile. Sorry you had to go before we could have one last chat. Tough to find words to say in times like these but one thing I can say is, "A good "South End" boy gone home". RIP

When we were all "Parkies" and teenagers who knew everything, Vaughn was in the heart of laughter and silliness. Vaughn never lost his ability to make someone laugh. Now as maturing adults we say goodbye to a dear friend.
