Norma L. Twyne, 87
PORTLAND -- Norma L. Twyne, 87, retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, of Portland, died on Monday, May 23, 2011, at Seaside Nursing Home.
She was born in Brattleboro, Vt., on Jan. 4, 1927, and moved to Maine in 1969.
