Kenneth H. Beach, 69
MILLINOCKET AND SOUTH PORTLAND - Kenneth H. Beach, 69, of Millinocket, widower and beloved husband of the late Linda (Halley) Beach, of So. Portland and Millinocket, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 16, 2011, at a Millinocket hospital, with family members at his side.
He was born in Brockton, Mass., the son of the Late Harvey E. and Doris J. (Hammarberg) Beach. Kenny graduated from Stearns High School, class of 1960. Following graduation he worked at the Great Northern Paper Co., in Millinocket for a short while before going to Husson University and the University of Maine, receiving a degree in Business Administration. Kenny was a realtor for many years in Portland and So. Portland, living there until he retired, returning to Millinocket two years ago.
He is survived by his son, Jeffrey of Scarborough; a sister Donna Pina and husband Julio of Marion, Mass., a brother Edward Beach and wife Adeline of Readfield and a brother-in-law Jack Halley of Ambejejus; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Services will be held this summer in Millinocket, at a time to be announced later. Messages of condolence may be expressed at www.lamsonfh.com. Arrangements are by Lamson Funeral Home, Millinocket.

I knew Ken and Linda at Stearns. I was sorry to hear of Ken's passing and to hear that Linda had gone before him. We all knew back then that they were meant to be together,two fine people.
