Micah Norton Obituary
PORTLAND -- Micah Allen Norton 'Micah Mic,' of Portland, passed away in Portland on Tuesday, April 19, 2011.
He was born on Sept. 8, 2010, at Maine Medical Center in Portland, the son of Crystal Ann Jarvais and Zackery G. Norton.
He was such a happy baby even when he was sick. He loved his blue blanket and his blue elephant, and seemed to always enjoy pulling Momma and big sisters hair.
Micah will be remembered for his big smile...
He was predeceased by his great- grandmother, Patricia Ann Jarvais in 2008. He is survived by his parents; big sister, Merisa Norton; grandparents, Nicky and Stephen Quimby of Gray, Cheryl and Vince Allen of Mesa, Ariz., Thomas A Jarvais Jr. of Portland, Susan Bradford of Gray; many aunts, uncles; cousins and great- grandparents.
Services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, at the First Baptist Church, Canco Road, Portland, where a celebration of life will follow after the service with a pot luck gathering. Arrangements by the Hobbs Funeral Home, 230 Cottage Rd., South Portland.

What can I say about my Micah but He was such a sweet little baby I will never forget when I held him in my arms and he had been crying he was so quiet in my arms and fell asleep he was a precious little angel that was taken too soon I understand that God needs his little angels But I can´t help but think that he could´ have left Micah here his passing was to soon and it left a big void in a lot of peoples hearts when he passed away I know that he´s up in heaven with his grandmother watching over everyone but I still wish he was here to smile and be with his sisters to play , I have a picture of his glowing smile and bright eyes and he was a Precious beautiful little soul

we recently released some balloons in memory of micah,it was a moveing moment and sad but i know that with every balloon goinng up he was watching and reaching his little hands out to grab and hug one ,esp the most buitiful one sent up by his big sister and i still to this day remember holding that little bundle of love in my arms and kissing his little forhead and those sweet little eyes looking up at me , WE MISS YOU SOOOO MUCH AND GIVE A BIG HUG TO YOUR GRAMMY FOR ME ,LOVE LEON

Still today i remember that smile and laughter that early morning of april 19th. You heard my voice and looked upside down at me while your mother was changing you on the bed. Uncle said he would see you after work. I never would of thought i'd get a call that you was about to go to heaven. Crystal and Zach, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Micah was such a beautiful boy, so much spirit. Missing you more and more every day. We don't know why you were taken away so soon after we were blessed with you. God has his little angel home with him now, for reasons we may never know. I know that mommy and daddy love you and miss you!!! Grammy will carry you in her thoughts and heavy heart every day too. LOVE and MISS you dearly and daily! Words cant even describe how i feel right now. Micah was the best baby in the world. We all will miss him dearly. He made me so happy every day. The smile that he had acrossed his face when you talked to him was amazing. I dont know why he was taken so young, but all i can say is that he had many people that cared for him and he will always be loved. I love you very much micah and so does mackenzie and dustin and we will always miss you. There will not be a day that goes by that we will not think of you and that big smile. Love you!

it was not time for this pericious lttle baby to go , but he is a little angel lookng down on everyone and watching over them and saying "i love you all" and he is being held in his great grandmas arms and getting lots of hugs and kisses and soon you will all be together again .:)

I don't even know where to began. My Micah-Mi means the world to me. Many days since he was born he had started filling that hole in my heart from the loss of my best friend my (Mother). Micah-mi would see me and smile and the more i talked he laught and smiled. If I wasn't in eye site and he heard my voice he would look for me. I can't even put in to words the pain I'm feeling. So I can't Image The pain my little girl (Crystal)is going threw and Zack. I wish I could bring him back to them but i can't and i'm so sorry. I know in my heart he is with my mother looking over all of us and that bring some peace. Zack and Crystal Uncle is here if you need me and I love you both.

Words can't express the heartship you are both going through but there is a light at the end of the tunnel. God is now watching over him. We sometimes forget that our children are on Loan from God and he has much better plans for them then we do. Take hope that you will see this little guy again. You have our deepest condolences.

Crystal & Zach, words cannot express the heartache that you must be feeling. No parent should have to mourn the loss of a child, especially a beautiful boy so young. Micah was such a sweet little boy who had the most amazing smile that would just melt your heart, and he was always showing that smile off! Micah will be missed by everyone who met him, but especially by his Parents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Grand Parents and his big sister Merisa, who loved her little brother. My heartfelt condolences to all of you who knew and loved Micah.
To my dear friend Cookie, Micah and you could make each other smile at the drop of a hat. I know that he was such a special part of your life, and now he is in the arms of his Great-Grammy Pat. Together they are watching over all of you.

A beautiful little boy that was my cousin. I never got to meet him but i will one day when i go to heaven. I know he's looking down on everyone with a big beautiful smile. He will be missed.
