Dear Rhonda, Rachel and Norma,
I just saw in the paper and heard from Florida that Ronnie had passed away. I am so sorry for your loss but hopefully Ron is at peace and no more suffering. I had heard that he had not been well for over a year and was having lots of treatments to just stay alive - You will miss him and I think fondly of all the great times we had at his house with suppers and all our friends there laughing and enjoying the place - remember John Gallant sliding down the front of Ron's house in a glass pie plate - just one of the great times and I also enjoyed the camp in Rangley - lots of great times and I am so glad he was in my life. I am sorry to miss the service - will be away until Thursday but I hope to get a visit soon.
Love
Mel
