David is my first cousin, whom sadly I never met as we lived "worlds apart". As the Irish side of the family. We write to offer our condolences to his wife and family, and hope that if they ever visit Europe they will come and see us.

I will always remember Dave as a good friend and shining light. We had many good times together at Ft. Meade and in the Army in Vietnam. His humor and ability to create double-entendres was amazing. Pete Fournier
