Deborah Alice Deans

Deborah (Debby) Alice Deans of Wayne, PA, the fourth of eight children born to the late George Deans, Sr. and Helen (Knight) Deans, was born on November 2, 1950 in Bryn Mawr, PA. After a lengthy illness, Debby departed this life on February 14, 2013 in Norristown, PA. Debby graduated from Conestoga Senior High School in Berwyn, PA. After graduation, she began her career as a bookkeeper for Bryn Mawr Trust Company. She was last employed as a home health care specialist, retiring from Step by Step. Debby is survived by her son - Eric; two granddaughters, Brianna and Laila; five brothers, George, Philip, Craig, Karl and Derrick; one sister, Pamela; two maternal aunts, Louise Carter and Martha Jane Pimentel; one paternal aunt, Ella May Francis; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. Debby is predeceased by her sister, Penelope (Penny). A memorial service is to be held on Friday, February 22, 2013 at the Richard C. Johnson Jr. Funeral Home, Inc., 800 West Main Street, Norristown, PA 19401. Interment private.
