Dorothy Kase Snowdon, age 94, formerly of Wayne, PA on July 16, 2014. Wife of the late James Baird Kase and John James Snowdon and loving mother of James Baird Kase Jr. MD (Jean) of Quincy, IL and Phyllis K. Laferte (Joe) of Summerville, S.C., step mother of Jay, Jill, and Dale, sister of Virginia S. Millar and the late George S. Hutton, grandmother of Sarah, Jimmy, Emily, Nicholas, and Michael. Dorothy was a long standing member of the Wayne Presbyterian Church, a member of the Conestoga Branch of the Paoli Hospital Auxiliary and a volunteer at the Paoli Hospital accumulating more than 4000 hours of service. She also enjoyed playing Tennis and Bridge. Dorothy's Life Celebration Memorial Service will be on Sat. July 19, 2014 at 2 pm in the Wayne Presbyterian Church, 125 E. Lancaster Avenue, Wayne, PA 19087. Interment will be private.
