Dear John,

I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing this week.

I am not sure if you remember me. We met many years ago and I think you were a firefighter with one of the fire companies back then. And I if I also remember, you were working at the Wayne Acme?

Would love to see you again and give you a big condolence hug :)

If you don't remember me, that's ok, it's been a long time.

Take care of yourself John, I have thought of you often throughout the years...we just lost contact I guess.
