John S. Randolph Jr., age 72, of Malvern, PA, passed away on September 11, 2012. Born in Manhattan, NY he was the son of the late John S. Randolph, Sr. and Jeanette L. Randolph (nee Reusch). He formerly resided in Radnor, PA. Mr. Randolph was an attorney and a member of the PA and NY bars. From 1965-1968 he worked with the New York Port Authority, World Trade Center Project; from 1968-1972 he was the real estate counsel for TIAA-CREF. From 1972-1995, he was a partner and corporate counsel with K.S. Sweet Associates/Radnor Advisors. Mr. Randolph was a member of the Radnor Township School Board from 1984-1992 and a member of the Radnor Township Zoning Hearing Board from 1992-2000. He was a Rector's Warden at St. Martin's Episcopal Church Vestry. From 1995 until 2011 he was the sole practitioner in commercial real estate and corporate law and in 2011 until 2012 he was in partnership with his daughter at Randolph Joy Law. He managed personal investment portfolios, was passionate about history and classical music and a coin enthusiast. He loved all ocean activities - swimming, fishing, snorkeling and boating. He also loved parties and dances, especially the 50's and 60's style of dance. Hawaii was his favorite vacation spot. He was always a positive person with a great sense of humor. Mr. Randolph is survived by his wife Ann (nee Kimble), his children John E. Randolph of Wayne, PA, Gail (Fred) Kisare of Dublin, OH and Margaret "Meg" (Michael) Joy of Exton, PA, his grandchildren Samantha, Justin, Timothy, Andrew, Colin and Hannah and his sister Janice (John) Hannsz of Naples, FL. Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service Monday, September 24, 2012 11:00 AM Church of the Good Samaritan, 212 W. Lancaster Avenue, Paoli, PA. Interment is private.
