Dear Joan, Bryn Mawr Hospital was saddened to learn of the loss of one of our most loyal and generous friends. It was a personal privilege for me to have known Jack and to have witnessed the loving support you gave him. Please accept my sincere condolences and those of the entire hospital team. BMH is honored to have been entrusted with Jack's care and extremely grateful for being chosen as beneficiary of gifts made in his memory.
With prayerful thoughts, Kate Kittleman
