Julianne Corbett Huffine
1925-2014 BENNINGTON Julianne Corbett Huffine, born December 4, 1925, passed away peacefully on May 4, 2014 in Bennington, Vermont. She was born in Brooklyn, New York to Jay Corbett and Alice Bland. Julianne went on to graduate from Moore College of Art in Philadelphia to become a fashion illustrator for many advertising campaigns. She had a great sense of style and grace and creativity that was evident in all her endeavors such as decorating, gardening and painting. She was very passionate about her travels around the world and her home in Manchester, Vermont. Her husband, Herbert Taylor, and her son, Michael Bland, precede Julianne in death. Her children, Phillip Taylor Huffine, Melissa Lee Hoge-Altunashvili and Peter Jay Huffine as well as her grandchildren, Taylor, Savanna, Rachel and Caitlin, survive her. There will be a private family graveside service at Hilltop Church in Mendham, New Jersey on Saturday May 10, 2014. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Vermont Humane Federation PO box 311 Waterbury, Vermont 05676, 802-244-5895, in Julianne 's name. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of MAHAR FUNERAL HOME CREMATION SERVICE, 385 Bonnett Street, Manchester Center, VT 05255
